*Travel costs for home vists and all animal treatments are calculated at 50p per mile from CT18 based on postcode of treatment destination.

Cancellations

If you have to cancel an appointment please ensure a minimum of 24 hours notice is given to avoid cancellation charges.

If you fail to arrive for your appointment a full charge will apply. Please consider other patients who may be in desperate need of your appointment slot.
